The top-tier HORNET® Series High Voltage Differential Probes represent a best-in-class solution specifically engineered to meet the growing demands of wide-bandgap power electronics design. These probes excel in applications such as double-pulse testing for high-speed, high-voltage switching devices like silicon carbide (SiC) technology, IGBTs, thyristors, and fast-switching high-voltage diodes.
