博通推出业界首款6G兼容DFE数字前端SoC芯片BroadPeak

2 月 22 日消息，Broadcom 博通美国加州当地时间本月 19 日宣布推出首款满足 6G 蜂窝无线网络的 DFE（数字前端）SoC 芯片 BroadPeak BCM85021。这一型号支持 32T32R 的大规模 MIMO，射频工作范围达 0.4~8.5GHz，符合 5G-A、6G 等新规范的要求。

BroadPeak 在单一 SoC 上集成了先进的 5nm CMOS DFE 和 ADC / DAC 模块，功耗相较现有芯片最多可降低 40%，目前 BCM85021 已开始向其早期客户和合作伙伴出样。
